  • The condition of RVs in a park can contribute to or detract from the overall appearance of the park. For this reason, we enforce some standards of appearance on RVs, similar to those in place at many other RV parks.

Our property rules state that “all vehicles must be operable and in good condition.” We think it may be helpful to outline a few examples of what is meant by “good condition.”

    Age Limit

Please note that “good condition” does not mean “new,” and we do not typically have an age limit for RVs. However, if your RV is older than 10 years, we would like a photo to verify that it’s condition is acceptable.

    Appearance Guidelines

Overall, the RV should look and function as it was originally designed. While we can’t provide a list including every possible scenario, following are a few examples that should be helpful:

    • Doors, shrouds, panels, windows, and coverings, etc. should be intact and not unsightly.

    • Exterior should be not unsightly, and should be free of obvious, poorly repaired damages.

    • Tarps cannot be used for weatherproofing and awnings should be in good condition.

    • Air conditioning units should not be added through the walls or windows unless previously approved.

    • All hoses, wires, etc. should route through ports as originally designed.

    • Exterior should be free of duct tape, repair tape, excessive caulk, etc.

Isolated minor issues are generally acceptable, provided multiple issues aren’t combined to substantially deteriorate the appearance of an RV:

    • Minor body damage which has been properly repaired but is still visible.

    • Fading of decals and/or paint.

    • Minor window cracking, although replacements should be scheduled.

    • Damage from traveling that has just happened, especially if you have a repair plan.

  • Seasonal RVer's need to remember that their site is a recreational site and not a residence.

    • Customers shall use their RV and site for recreational purposes only and shall not use their RV and site as a permanent residence.

    • Maximum occupancy for each RV site is 2 persons and 2 pets.

    • There is a fee for every additional guest regardless of age. Guest stays should be no more than 2 nights regardless of age.

    • Overnight visitors must sleep in your camper.

    • You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.

    •  All sites must be occupied by at least one adult age 25 or older.

    •  Reservation holder is responsible for all individuals on site.

    •  All children must have adult supervision.

    • Any vehicle or RV occupying a site unauthorized or ordered to be removed from a site must vacate the site immediately upon notification from Four Fires RV Park.

    • If a vehicle or RV must be towed to remove it from a site, all associated costs will be the responsibility of the vehicle or RV owner. Four Fires RV Park is not responsible for any damage caused by having to remove that vehicle or RV.

    • Customers are responsible for all damage or destruction of property, and any injury to persons, caused by the guest or his or her family, visitors or pets. We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and/or park property, including but not limited to broken waterlines, damaged/missing sewer connections, landscaping, and excessive debris (bottle caps, zip ties, cigarette butts, etc.).

    • Four Fires RV Park reserves the right to evict anyone without refund, for violating the rules, destroying or defacing property, creating a disturbance, or non-payment.

    • The following are grounds for reservation termination and removal from the property: loud noise, whether mechanical, musical or vocal, use of foul or indecent language, causing damage to property of the park or another person, drunken disorderly conduct, failing to follow rules, threatening, abusive or disruptive behavior, or any other bad conduct.

    • Campsites should be clean and neat, free of fire hazards and clutter.

    • Customers shall not make any alteration to the electric, water or sewer connections provided by the campground/resort.

    • Customers should be able to move their rig very quickly in case of emergency.

    • No extra air conditioners, wires, hoses, or cords are allowed except through the OEM port.

    • Guests may bring a maximum of two household pets (dogs, cats) per site. Any other species of pet must have prior approval.

    • Due to our insurance regulations, we are unable to accept the following breeds in the park.

      • Pitbulls

      • Rottweiler

      • Akita

      • Chow

      • Wolf

      • or any mix of these breeds

    • All pets must be reported and current vaccination records must be available upon request.

    •  All pets must wear a collar identifying the owner and phone number.

    • Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet in length when off reserved site and under the control of their owner. Pets are allowed off leash in the dog park area with owner present.

    • Pets must be reasonably quiet, restrained and always supervised.

    • Pets must not be left tied or otherwise unattended at any time.

    • For the protection of, and in consideration to other persons, noisy, aggressive, vicious, unruly, or poisonous pets are not allowed at the park. Persons who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the park, or the animal may be taken to/by local animal control authorities.

    • The owner of any pet is responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pets. In addition, the owner of any pet that causes injury or damages to another is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by pets.

    • Pet owners are responsible for the immediate cleanup of their pets waste.  All pet droppings must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. If we incur expenses in excess of any “pet fee” paid by the guest, the guest will be required to reimburse us for those expenses.

In Minnesota, firewood rules are in place to protect our forests from invasive pests and diseases that can devastate trees. The state prohibits the transport of firewood beyond a certain distance to prevent the spread of these harmful organisms.

Four Fires RV Park will have bundles of firewood for you to purchase. It has been harvested just down the road from the RV park therefore is allowed to be brought in for burning. Our firewood is not heat treated so it is not allowed to be moved out of our area. If you choose to purchase heat treated firewood it can be purchased in bundles from a few local gas stations.

We are taking reservations for seasonal and monthly sites at this time. Our season is April 15-October 15 weather permitting. The seasonal rate for a pull-through site with level gravel pad is $2400 + electric. The monthly rate is $600 + electric. Rate includes full sewer and water hookups and trash pickup.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. To provide flexibility and fairness for all parties, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: Reservations canceled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • No Refund: Reservations canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Thank you for choosing Four Fires RV Park and we look forward to your stay!
